MOBILOCO’s Date Maker
offers it’s users a chance to make new acquaintances for spare
time activities via mobile phones. In different categories like "Sports
& Games”, "Flirt & Love” or "Party &
Events” members may find their matching dates nearby and can
get in touch with them easily via call, SMS or mail.

| In order to participate in MOBILOCO’s
dating service prospective users have to enter their own user
profile in an online registration process. To find a matching
dating partner via mobile, they may also have to enter additional
searching criteria depending on the category requested. |

MOBILOCO follows a very strict privacy
policy. Whenever a matching date is found, both partners are
informed simultaneously. This notification is absolutely discreet
- only user names and the proportional matching rate will be
transmitted. Therefore personal sensitive data are absolutely
safe and will not be transferred to third parties at any case. |

| First contact between dating partners, either
by call, SMS or mail, will be led via MOBILOCO's server. A feedback
system indicates what experiences previous dating partners made
with each other. A personal blacklist makes it possible to avoid
the localisation by members unwanted. For further contacts it
is of course free to the users concerned to exchange their names
